Announcement: Our Readiness on GDPR at VALOFE

As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become effective in the European Economic Area (EEA). This new regulation will build on the data privacy regulations in place in the EEA since 1995. The GDPR provides specific protections for individuals in Europe on how their data may be collected, moved, stored and processed, giving you more control over the privacy of your account.

We won’t be collecting more personal data or use your personal information differently from before and instead, we are making it clearer on the information we collect. We’ll be taking steps to ensure that our Privacy Policy complies with the GDPR regulations which will give you total access to the correction and deletion of your personal information from the “My Info” page on our official website.

In order to give complete freedom and protection of your personal information, we are implementing this for all of our users even if you are playing from outside of the EU because we wish to respect the rights granted to you with regard to your personal data under the applicable laws in your territory while at the same time provide you with the rights that the GDPR implements.

Be assured, it is completely your choice to which extent you wish to use, and the rights do and will not create any additional obligations for you.

Our new Privacy Policy and Terms of Agreement will be effective as of May 25th, 2018 and will be implemented from then onwards to our entire global services.
